About This Book

『BTS RECIPE BOOK 2』 is the sequel to the much-loved 『BTS RECIPE BOOK』 released in 2022. "Since its release, BTS RECIPE BOOK has been shared on various social media sites with the hashtag #BTS_RECIPE_BOOK. This sequel was created in response to the overwhelming response from AMIs around the world.

This book maintains the main concept of BTS RECIPE BOOK in that it introduces dishes that BTS made and ate in various contents, and details BTS' stories behind each dish and their own recipes. On the other hand, the number of dishes has been increased compared to the previous book, and the cooking difficulty level of each dish has been organized into low to moderate to make it easier.

Next, we structurally separated the story and recipe areas so that you can fully enjoy each. In the story area, we added QR codes that link to each video to make it easier to understand the situation in the story, and created a corner (A Pinch of Korean) that provides simple Korean explanations for each dish to help you understand what BTS says and does in the video in more detail. It's fun to compare your food preferences with BTS Choice, which is included throughout.

The recipe area is basically organized based on BTS's recipes, and the detailed recipes, including the exact amount of ingredients, are written with the input of culinary experts. For amis who don't have access to Korean ingredients, we've listed substitutions to ensure that the flavors are as similar as possible, and if a dish can be prepared vegan or gluten-free, we've included instructions.
