    b) US Priority (USA - Including AK,HI,AS,GU,MH,MP,PR,AE,AA,AP,FP,PO Box): $11.99 + 5*$2.50 = $24.49
  2) If you order 5 items, all of which of standard shipping weight, and have it shipped outside of the United States,
    a) International Priority (Canada & Mexico): $31.99 + 5*12.00 = $95.99
    b) International Priority (Other Non-US Countries): $45.99 + 5*15.00 = $120.99

- Some oversized books and multiple CD/DVD sets may incur additional shipping charge, and this will be clearly stated on pages of individual products of this case.

- Shipping cost you get when ordering is automatically calculated based on the book shipping rate. If your order includes oversized books or CD/DVD, the shipping cost will be accordingly modified after your order is received. Please be aware of this.

- Delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS for domestic orders is final. In case of loss or theft, we are not responsible for it. However, we will do our best to trace your package.

- International Standard service is NOT always a guaranteed service. This means that, if the package is lost during the transit, we might NOT be able to send you a replacement package free of charge. If you want a faster, more secure delivery to non-US countries, you may want to consider selecting International Express as shipping method.

- The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; HanBooks.com have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Policy

- Returns for a full refund of the product price are accepted only when the returned item was shipped within 1 week of receipt of the original package by the customer. Otherwise, only 70% of the product price (minus 30% restocking fee) will be refunded. In either case, the condition of the returned item should be intact, undamaged, and unopened if they are CDs or DVDs. The shipping fee will NOT be refunded, unless there was an error made by HanBooks.com with regards to the shipment.

- Returns of opened electronic dictionaries will never be accepted, absolutely with no exception. Returns of unopened electronic dictionaries within 1 week of receipt of the item do not qualify for a full refund, and only 85% of the product price (minus 15% restocking fee) will be refunded if returned within 1 week. Returns of unopened electronic dictionaries after 1 week of receipt of the item will not be accepted, and there will not be any refund issued.

- Refunds are issued in two different forms. One is a refund back to the credit card entered at the point the original order was placed. The other is a refund as a HanBooks.com coupon that can be used when placing an order. Please specify which form of refund you would like us to issue.

- If a package is returned to us, the shipper, due to customer's refusal to receive the package, a refund will be issued except two times the shipping fee (original shipping cost + return shipping cost charged to us by the courier services).

- If a package is returned to us, the shipper, due to customer's error (wrong address) or unavailability (no receiver present at the provided address or no attempt to retrieve at the designated courier's facility), we will reship it as long as the customer pays two times the shipping fee (return shipping cost charged on us by the courier services + reshipping cost). Otherwise, the order is considered as returned without authorization and the total order amount minus 30% of the product price (restocking fee) will be refunded to the credit card.

- We do not accept returns of any items whose condition is not intact and undamaged.

- We absolutely do not accept returns of any opened CDs, DVDs, or electronic dictionaries, with no exception.

- We do not accept returns of magazines, unless they are defective.

- DVDs marked as "Region 3" are not viewable in non-Region 3 regions such as USA/Canada (Region 1) and Japan/Europe (Region 2) unless they are played on a code-(region-)free DVD player. We do NOT accept returns of any opened DVD for this incompatibility. So please be cautious, and if you are not sure about this, please contact us before you order. For your reference, following is i
nfo on DVD Region Code.

DVD Region Code Info

Motion picture studios in the USA wanted to control the release of movies around the world using DVD region codes. Movies are released on DVD at different times around the world, typically America and Canada first, Australia and Japan 6 months later, and Europe 12 months after US release. In some instances, DVD movies are available for purchase in America and Canada before they are released in European cinemas. Due to the high quality of DVD and the movie release system used by Hollywood, 6 regions were established to prevent people from watching Region 1 movies before they were released on Regions 2-6. The Region Code is usually specified on the back of the individual DVD packages, either with a Regional Coding logo of a globe with the region number superimposed over it, or specifically spelled out.

The regions are broken down as follow:

    * Region 1 - U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and Bermuda
    * Region 2 - Japan, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East, including Egypt
    * Region 3 - Southeast Asia, East Asia, including Korea and Hong Kong
    * Region 4 - Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean
    * Region 5 - Former Soviet Union, Indian subcontinent, Africa, North Korea, and Mongolia
    * Region 6 - China

This means that DVD movies from Region 1 (USA & Canada) WILL NOT play on a non-code-free DVD player in regions 2-6. Effectively Region 1 DVDs play only on Region 1 DVD players, Region 2 DVDs play only on Region 2 DVD players, Region 3 DVDs play only on Region 3 DVD players, and so on. If you purchased your DVD player at any regular electronics chain store, chances are you have not purchased a code-free or multi-region DVD player. If you're still unsure, simply attempt to view an overseas DVD you may already have around to see whether it will play or not on your DVD player. Hence came the needs for the code-free DVD player that is capable of playing DVD discs from anywhere in the world. There are stores both online and offline that carry these code-free DVD players, which unfortunately we are not able to provide any information of for you. If you're interested, we would recommend that you try some searches online first.

Blu-ray
Region Codes

Blu-ray Discs may be encoded with a region code, intended to restrict the area of the world in which they can be played, similar in principle to the DVD region codes, although the used geographical regions differ. Blu-ray Disc players sold in a certain region may only play discs encoded for that region. The purpose of this system is to allow motion picture studios to control the various aspects of a release (including content, date, and in particular price) according to the region. Discs may also be produced without region coding, so they can be played on all devices.

Region code Area
A Americas; East and Southeast Asia; U.S. territories; Bermuda
B Africa, Europe, Oceania; Middle East; Kingdom of the Netherlands; British overseas territories, French territories; Greenland.
C Central and South Asia; Mongolia, Russia, and People's Republic of China.
