About This DVD

Uhm Jung Hwa, the versatile star of such films as Princess Aurora and Singles, takes on the role of Ji Su, a thirty-something single woman who once had dreams of becoming a famous pianist. Ji Su idolized Horowitz and was determined to taste similar success herself, but her dream was shattered one day, altering her destiny. She now teaches young children how to play and one day she discovers Gyung Min, a young boy with exceptional talent.

Ji Su throws all of her focus into improving Gyung Min's raw skills, projecting her own desires for fame and fortune onto him. But when Ji Su enters the young lad into his first competition, all does not go as planned. It is then revealed that Gyung Min carries with him a secret - one that will change Ji Su's life forever.

The 2-DVD special edition contains both the original 104-minute theatrical cut of the film, as well as a 109-minute never-before-seen director's cut. The bonus disc comes packed with over 125 minutes of extras, including a photo gallery, interviews, various featurettes and documentaries on the making of the film, and a music video. Both discs come packaged in a yellow piano bag printed with the film's logo.
